job description：
        Work with domestic/oversea counterparts to code, test, troubleshoot, document and maintain projects;
        Apply current technologies and applicable emerging technologies to assigned duties;
        Case handling - provide support on ticket/case handling that are raised from customer or other Support team for assistance on data content, performance or availability issues;
        Documentation - Document solutions and track communications as required and defined within support processes.  

job requirement：
        At least 5 years working experience with BI/DW application and 3 years with SA/designer/Technical Lead role.
        Experienced in the following tools or skills:
o        Oracle database and PL/SQL
o        ETL Informatica or other tool experience is a plus
o        BI reporting experience is a plus
        Strong software design capability, familiar with DW analysis and design methods and tools
        Knowledge in BI/DW theory and methodology is plus.
        Good English communication skills, with the ability to present resolution to foreign customers in a clear and comprehensible way.
        Leadership ability in driving a performance based culture
        Business acumen and thought leadership
        Decision making ability with a bias for action
        Working well with others and promotes team work across boundaries
