成都外企银行招聘sas数据分析师，由于团队人员double，招聘数量不限，薪酬根据职级来定。优秀者可以胜任manager的职位。要求精通sas和英语交流。工作地点成都。Role purpose:This post will be responsible for the design anddevelopment of the General Insurance (GI, Consumer Credit Insurance, LendersMortgage Insurance and Business Insurance portfolios) MIS reporting functionand customer proposition strategies in line with Retail and Wealth strategy.This includes the timely delivery of portfolio MIS, support for all productportfolios with customer insight and analytics, and on-going portfoliomanagement to deliver GWP, in-force, income and cost targets to maintain wellmanaged business. Accountabilities:The incumbent of this role includes but notbe limited to:- Production of timely, accurate andinsightful business intelligence to proactively identify issues andopportunities.- Continuous improvement of GI’sforecasting capabilities of key financial metrics & reporting suite.- Support the development of customerfocused initiatives, drawing on data driven insights and in-depth knowledge ofproduct suite.- Accountable for process documentation ofreports and regular processes conducted within the team.- Support GI team through ad-hoc datainsights. Skill,Knowledge & Experience- Graduate qualifications in finance backgroundare preferred.- Strong communication skills with fluentEnglish.- Solid experience of business analyticsand business intelligence software, including proficiency in packages such asSAS and Excel.- MIS or segmentation analytics experience.- Familiarity with the principles ofInsurance and Risk Management.- Ability to deal effectively with a widerange of stakeholders, both internal and external.
