请各位前辈谈谈SAS程序员的就业前景

的确如此，最近我在帮一个公司做项目，要用到sas去分析。结果我发现我大多数时间都用的是sas/base里东西，导入导出数据，处理缺失，真正用到stat procedure的虽然也多，但是实际上相对还轻松点。

As matter of fact, I do not care much about the the school name, the major, and your degree as well.  Your abilities in logical reasoning, programming skill, and ability to present yourself are much more important.   We are working in pharmaceutical industry, not concentrate on scientific research.  Most of our works related to the reports to government agencies and others, statistical analyses are pretty much standard which do not need too much talent.  As for salary expectation, it depends upon the geographic location and markets.  We do not set a bar here, send your expectation along with your credential.  There is nothing called too high or too low.

呵呵，我现在就仅仅使用SAS/BASE做一些简单但比较麻烦的金融分析，然后利用report、tabulate等模块将数据汇总输出，偶尔也用SAS做做回归分析、时间序列分析之类的，但分析深度远远比不上在学校学的深度！

有时候也想，如果不是专业的SAS编程人员，可能也就只能用到这个程度了！软件，毕竟只是一个分析工具！！

计算机输出的东西都有道理吗？比如（F检验，卡方检验，t检验等）

统计的意义在于对不确定事件的把握，概率分布、假设检验等从理论上来说都是自洽的。
但是理论毕竟是抽象的，实际情况的复杂性和多样性在很大程度上制约了理论的应用；因此，统计能证明什么，在运用于实际时，确实可能什么都证明不了。金融理论中的数量分析，说到底和技术分析也差不多，都是寄希望于分析历史数据的规律或者趋势，以对未来进行预测；如果金融数据本身并不具有某种趋势（我只能说如果 <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: --> ），那么再严密、再复杂的统计分析得到的结论很可能是可笑的，一个简单的例子就是证明股市与女人裙子长短的相关性 <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt=":P" title="Razz" /><!-- s:P -->


呵呵，瞎说了，很多理论发展到现在，似乎可以用老子的无为来解释，什么有意义呢？什么又没有意义呢？开发SAS又是为了干什么呢？

想的太多了也不好，还不如就像大多数人一样：划一个区域，订一套规则，给一个足球，大家踢球去吧……
