ab/ba crossover design? I assume normality for the response.
if dismissing carryover, proc ttest provides the analysis;
if considering carryover, use some models, such as Grizzle model in proc GLM, etc
in fact, if not offset carryover effect, it is very hard to do a valid analysis. many people suggest only use the first-period data.
