A) Overview
Accenture GTIN China is a unique part of the organization of Accenture Management Consulting (AMC). It aims to strengthen the management consulting talent available to all geographies, service lines, and industry practices. We have built and deployed a unique distributed consulting model that leverages the talent in our global centers and embeds them effectively in local onshore / offshore teams. GTIN Global has scaled to 1200+ consultants, worked on 1200+ projects, with 49 Accenture Diamond and 44 Fortune Global 100 clients.

Currently we are seeking analyst, consultant, and manager level CRM Analytics professionals with industrial, and/or consulting experience.

B) Basic Requirements
All positions require
• Minimum Master’s degrees in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Mining, Econometrics or related fields.
• Proficient in SAS/SPSS
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Advanced SQL Skills
• Experience in CRM Analytics (Customer Segmentation, Churn Predictive Modeling, Response Modeling and Campaign Management)
• Good oral and written English
Detailed requirements for different levels are as the followings:
Analyst Level:
• 1-3 years of experience in analytics and reporting
• Have exposure to data modeling, analysis, interpretation using SAS/SPSS
• Strong capability to extract strategic insights from large data sets
Consultant Level:
• 3-7 years of experience in analytics and reporting
• Conversant with data modeling, analysis, interpretation using SAS/SPSS and have led structured problem solving assignments
• Strong capability to collect, structure, analyze & report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
• Experience in Resources, Communications, Financial Services, or Products industries or is a plus.
Manger Level:
• 7+ years of general business experience, including 3-4 years of quantitative analysis in a business setting, including building statistical models
• Strong capability to collect, structure, analyze & report on quantitative and qualitative information to help make meaningful business decisions
• Extensive experience in data analysis or statistical analysis
• Experience in structured problem solving assignments and have strong project management and people management skills
• Desire and ability to collaborate with business partners
• Experience in Resources, Communications, Financial Services, or Products industries is a plus.
Desired Skills & Experience
• SAS Institute Certified BASE/ADVANCE SAS® Programmer
• SAS Certified BI Content Developer for SAS 9
• SAS Certified Platform Administrator for SAS 9
• SAS Certified Predictive Modeler Using SAS Enterprise Miner 5 or 6
• Programming skill – VBA, R, HTML/JavaScript
• Expertise in Clustering, Decision Tree, Regression Analysis
• Experience in Human Capital Analytics, Operational Analytics, Asset Management Analytics, Inventory Optimization, Network Planning, Risk Management or Credit Management
• Market Research Methodology
• Oversea or MNC working experience
• Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or English bi-lingual abilities
