Job Responsibilities:

        Develop models/experiments to properly assess on-going incrementality of eBay emergency markets
        Develop actionable reports to help the business unit drive decision making in future investments
        Understand key drivers of rules/model variation and communicate insights to executives of Internet Marketing units and FP&A
        Provide technical expertise in mathematical modeling, measuring business performance, and solving complex business issues using advanced mathematical, statistical, and experimental approaches
        Work with global teams on ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:
        5+ years of business analytics, marketing, strategy or consulting experience. Proficient in SAS, SQL, VBA programming and Microsoft office.
        Understand the general e-Commerce industry business model, preferably with marketing experience.
        Strong communication skills with professional oral/written English.
        Quick learner and proactively work out business problems.
        Independent contribution to new business areas.
        Enable to present analytical work in a non-technical way to affect business partners’ decision.
        Bachelor degree at least in quantitative fields such as mathematics, statistics, operations research, economics, computer science, or MBA, etc.
